* Please allow extra time for larger orders containing 20 or more door packs, as these may require 2–3 working days to process and dispatch. We’ll contact you if your order is affected
Despatch Times
- Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day.
- Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Our warehouse is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and UK bank holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active.
Checking Your Delivery Status
If you haven’t received your order within 5 working days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customercare@handlezone.co.uk. Include your name and order number, and we’ll look into it promptly.
