- Orders placed through our website are considered an offer to purchase goods. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders at our discretion.
- All goods are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you to offer alternatives or a refund.
- You must ensure all order details are correct before submitting.
- Pricing & Payment
- All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.
- Payment must be made at the time of ordering via our secure checkout.
- Delivery Commitments
- We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2pm (Monday to Friday) the same day.
- Orders over £45 qualify for free next working day delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Delivery to Northern Ireland, Highlands and remote islands may take up to 2 working days.
- We do not deliver outside of the UK at this time.
Important: While we work with trusted couriers, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Handlezone Ltd is not liable for any third-party costs or consequential loss due to delivery delays.
Delivery Discrepancies:
You must check your order immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies – such as missing items, incorrect products, or damage – must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Failed Deliveries:
If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, you must contact us no later than 14 days from dispatch confirmation to be eligible for investigation.
- Do Not Book Tradespeople Until Goods Are Received
Please do not arrange or confirm installation or fitting services until you have received and checked your items in full.
We cannot be held responsible for third-party costs (such as builder or installer charges) in the event of:
- Late deliveries
- Damaged or incorrect items
- Missing components
- Any other unforeseen issue with your order
- Product Descriptions & Accuracy
- We take care to ensure all product information, images and specifications are accurate. However, slight variations may occur.
- Colours may appear differently depending on screen settings. We cannot guarantee your device’s display will be 100% accurate.
- Cancellations & Returns
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
- Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging.

- Limitation of Liability
- Our responsibility to you is limited to the value of the goods you purchase.
- We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including lost time, earnings, installation costs, or disruption to business or home improvements.
